Once the booking is confirmed, I'll send you the necessary information for you to register for Carnival FunPass which will speed your check in at the port.

All fields are required for Passenger 1 except Past Passenger # (which may allow a 2 category upgrade like 4A to 4C for example depending on availability). At least two passengers are expected for each submission, address fields for remaining passengers are optional if the same as Passenger 1. If you want to book 2 double cabins, please just fill out the form twice as appropriate.
